Dead tracking number for over 3 weeks

Hello everyone, i was hoping to get some info in regards to my recent order. So i ordered 2 hand bags from 031shop (Paul). I placed the order and received tracking number on sep 21. The tracking number says “Label created, we will add a delivery date as soon as we get your package”.

This has been the case since then I have tried reaching out to the seller multiple times and I get the same response that it will take some time and you will get the details once it reaches your country. Also, another thing to know that he mentioned this number is for FedEx, but the package picture he sent has a DHL label so I don’t know what is going on . What should I be doing in this case? If anyone one of you has experience something similar or has an experience with the same seller please let me know.
