Patch notes incorrect?
Patch notes say:
You’ll receive the following rewards for sending Red Bags in-game:
1 Red Bag = 1-Star Legendary Gem
20 Red Bags = 2-Star Legendary Gems
40 Red Bags = 3-Star Legendary Gems
60 Red Bags = 3 Rare Crests
However I've sent red bags and I'm not getting any legendary gems, its just an amount of normal gems?
