Shriek from Ori in DnD

I was wondering what is the closest thing to Shriek from Moon Studios's Ori series in DnD?

Which stat block best suits the character bc I wanted to get a creature that is much like Shriek in my DnD campaign. Alternatively I could just homebrew it but I was gonna start here first.
