Waking up Feeling Unmotivated and Tired

Hello everyone, recently I have started a full dopamine detox.

No phone / Electronics

No porn

No drugs

But after doing this for a week I am still waking up tired and have zero motivation to do anything. I train 90% of the day doing martial arts (I am a Instructor and own a school) and the other 10 percent goes towards reading and drawing.

Does anyone have any tips for waking up and feeling motivated.
