Ordered through the UK site, shipped to USA through a parcel forwarding service, how to initiate refund?

Title says it all. Ordered a pair of mules that were slightly too small, pity. Not sure how to go about returning them, because on the order slip the two QR code options are for UK shipping and returns. Does anyone have any advice or instructions?
