what common safe food can you just not get behind?

for whatever reason at all! i personally have tried to eat Konjac noodles so many times, but i can’t eat them without purging. i hate it, because while logically i know that they’re low cal and everything, i can’t keep them down. i think it’s the fact that they just sit in my stomach and stay there, making me incredibly anxious and uncomfortable.

is anyone else like this with a popular safe food?
