Creatures that do damage when they die

I’m looking for a commander that can gain power and eventually when it dies, it either does damage to the table or one person specifically. I’d like to fill the deck with cards that synergies around the concept of oh shit that guys a landline now.

Having trouble finding creatures that just say does damage based on their power etc. does anyone have any recommendations?
