installation stuck

install is stuck on "Dolphin: Widescreen On."

any help would be appreciated

EDIT: got emu deck to install by quitting the installer and re-running it, however now whenever i go into BIOS, only around half of the emulator folders are in the directory. i tried quick reinstalling.
