Help! Does anyone else experience groin pain?

i get this most godawful and bizarre searing pain that shoots down from my mons pubis, down the side of my groin where it meets my thigh and into my vulva. it is super distracting everyday and all i can do when the pain sets in is hold my pubic area and pace until the pain lets up which is embarrassing and awkward when i’m not alone! i also have what i’m assuming are ovary pains on both sides but overall my pain is in my groin/mons pubis area. i’m wondering if it’s my uterosacral ligaments? i never really hear anyone else complaining of this so i hope i’m not in the dark here! i mapped out in this photo where i get my pain the most but like i said it’s predominantly my groin
