Possible New EV Owner Tips

I'm going in on Monday to test drive the 2025 RS. Leaning heavily towards it as my current (2022 Equinox LT) lease is expiring. I've exclusively driven GM cars my entire adult life (father-in-law worked at the Lordstown plant so I get that sweet discount) but this will be my first EV. Really don't drive a ton (2 or 3 three days a week 10 miles round trip for work, on the weekends, and the occasional 300 mile road trip). I plan to eventually get a level 2 charger installed in my garage but will see what my life looks like with the standard 120 plug at first. What else should I know and be prepared for? What are your top tips and tricks for a newbie?
