How religious are Eritreans?

I feel like we are a lot less religious than some of our neighbours like Sudan and Ethiopia. Obviously more religious than Western countries but that’s not a great benchmark. I say that because I see a lot of very secularised Eritreans and those who do practice a religion tend to be quite moderate. Then again, perhaps I’m biased since I haven’t been to church in years
