Crazy Ping and packet loss

Anyone have any idea what would cause this?

It’s only in Tarkov. I’ve unplugged my modem, router and let them sit, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve switched LAN Ports, I’ve gone on wifi and can’t get this figured out. I’m using North American servers and have never had this issue before. Any help would be appreciated
