New Cheat?[Cheating]

Hi y’all so a few days ago I was running Streets, and had a weird encounter with a guy that knew exactly where I was, he didn’t kill me instantly but as soon as I started pushing my game froze and had a server connection lost. I never had any issues with getting disconnected or high ping/packet loss, anyway when I tried to reconnect I was already dead and didn’t even see the name of the guy that killed me. Is this some sort of cheat or a bug?
