(just to be really clear, i fucking love lana, i listen to her all the time. i know theres some ethel fans constantly bashing other artists for not being edgy enough or what not so thats very much not what im trying to say) that being said tho. the guardian’s review of perverts still comparing it to lana took me the fuck outðŸ˜ðŸ˜ what does it even mean. like again an artist i love being compared to lana del rey is not in any way an insult but i just. what aspect is he referring to? cause at this point its just ‘wow this is exactly like lana del rey if she didn’t sing like her and used completely different instruments and also made a completely different genre of music’ my brother in christ what the fuck r u talking about💔💔
