Ch 9 help!

Hello! I find myself in the Gongaga region and am uncertain of the route to reach the Freeflier Pilot quest marker. It appears that I am encountering dead ends no matter which direction I take, and as a result, I feel a tad frustrated at my inability to access that particular area. I've even had myself a wee cry which isn't something that typically occurs when I play video games. However, I feel utterly adrift and disoriented! I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice you could offer. Thank you ever so much for your assistance in advance!
