Which server is best for an old NIN player?

I played FF11 through retail up until some point in Adoulin, where NIN was slowly dying out due to the AoE spam and other issues. Now in current day retail NIN is a joke of a job, what it can do others jobs can do way, WAY better. Solo? Tanking? DD? Many other jobs outshine it in these categories. Sure it can solo just fine, but FF11's spirit is about camaraderie.

I miss the glory days of old school 75 cap FF11 and my NIN days, actually being useful in endgame in some capacity and not dead weight with laughable updates like it is now in retail. It was fun tanking on NIN and using every tool (no pun intended) to hold hate and survive, the awesome merit point parties, the Kirin kiting in AF boots at night, Arhat's gear with earth staff tanking, backup tanking in case main tank dies, wind throwing debuffing skygods, etc. I remember SE nerfed PLD/NIN at one point for NIN to be a bit more viable too once people figured out that cheese.

So which server would a old NIN looking to find his glory days be best for? I searched this subreddit and haven't found anything conclusive. Please, any information would be a big help for me, even if its bad news about my favorite job not being worth it anymore. I appreciate it!
