My FL 2024 only works with CLAP plugins

Yes, once I try to open vst, vst3 it instantly crashes. It only accepts CLAP. For example Vital I can only use .clap version. This is pretty specific error, I dunno how to solve it. Here what happens when I try to open vsts I get "Failed to create key Windows\PLForm" exception in crash logs. What to do?
