Fable 2 Freezing on Xbox 1

For some reason the game keeps freezing at random points. I’ve tried lowering the video quality to 720 and also playing offline at the same time. I can play for about 10-15 minutes and then it’ll freeze and I’ll have to completely restart the game.

Am I better off just playing on a 360 or is there a solution that works for you?
