Bizarre Treasures energy return

Unfortunately, I didn’t understand how to trade in coins for this until I was finished with everything, and had thousands and thousands of coins, so I went back to islands and looked at what the totems needed to be awakened and used the coins to purchase the needed items, in turn, activating totems and getting a little energy back. Just a thought for anyone else who may be in the same boat!
