does anyone know what resources are needed?

i need to burn down some of my resources and i’d like to use them wisely to prepare to be able to tier up. does anyone know what items are needed to upgrade these grayed out buildings? i’m working on making iron ingots right now to upgrade the carpentry workshop but my storage is almost full and i am having trouble getting the wood i need to do so
