Fibroids with little pain?

24 f 5'4 125 lb Im just going to go ahead and apologise. This is long. One night early april I went to bed and then suddenly had to pee. And I've had to pee all the time since that night. Ever since this urgency started ive had way heavier periods than normal. Also the cramps have been worse. I have pressure below my bellybutton like it bloating. This sometimes gets painful when I go on walks. But not debilitating yet. Also sometimes i get a dull back pain one one side when walking or standing for long periods. Then yesterday (this is gross) I found a big glob of slightly bloody mucus in my pee but I don't know if it's from my uterus or bladder. And now I see non bloody mucus or somthing akin to it all the time. My appetite is very low, I get full fast and pretty much have to smoke weed to eat.

I've had 5 urine cultures come back negative 2 vaginally swab pcr tests that did not raise any alarms (ureaplasma included) Ct scan and abdominal ultrasound came back clear so not kidney stones Blood work showed no diabetes mellitus or electrolight deficiencies

I have no idea what's going on. Ogbyn dident seem concerned about fibriods and is giving me a referral to a urologist. I think it weird tho because my mother and both of my grandmother's had hysterectomys because of fibroids. One grandmother was only 30. Also my mother and one of my sisters was diagnosed with pcos. Has anyone had simular symptoms with little pain. I'm going to a gp tomarrow and plan to press the issue but it it plausible this could be a fibroid and not get detected on an abdominal ultrasound? I was totally normal before this!
