Fast weight gain

So I am 18M 5'9 started going to gym a month ago, my starting weight was 49kg, my whole life I have struggled to put on weight, but after I joined gym I have been shit ton of food with 80-90g of protein on average. I have been tracking my calories roughly and eating 300 calories (can be more than that) above my maintenance. I am trying to lean bulk and trying to increase weight slowly but I gained 5kg of weight in a month, which might mostly be fat. Should I keep eating the same amount of food or change something plz suggest in comments.

Diet consists of Breakfast- 2 chapati Some bhaji 2 eggs

Lunch 3 chapati Bhaji

Post workout 50 grams soya 1 scoop whey

Dinner 3 chapati or rice Bhaji And a high calorie shake
