Where is Horde Rush?

New UI is pretty gross, but seriously why can't I find Horde Rush for the new quests? Do I actually have to sift through the cesspool of "red vs blue and lvl 1 vs lvl 999s"???

Edit: it was confirmed that Epic did in fact add the incorrect version of Horde Rush, that is why we cannot find it.
