anyone know how to win

this season i have played 52 games and only won 3, i have placed top 10; 17/ 50 times but im rarely able to convert it to a win. two of those wins are from zero build and one is from regular br. I have a k/d or nearly 4 and my win % is only 5. Is this normal or am I js really bad. OR Should I be playing more regular mode instead of zero build because currently i havent played many normal br matches. Also I want to hear about any op drop spots and rotation maps because doing that stuff for me is a mess!
