is this fungal acne/folliculitis??

i have been going to the dermatologist for years and tried basically everything to figure out what is going on with my skin. you name it i’ve tried it. i’ve gotten samples tested, tried so many medications and topicals. no doctor can give me a straightforward diagnosis. they come in little clusters.

i had a hydrafacial done on Monday, and now it has gotten bad again after that. my face before the facial was pretty dry

it gets really bad a couple times of year… randomly. i have tried to figure out what triggers it. i am going to attach my culture results as well. someone please help me figure out what’s going on!
