desperate for help

hi, i don't know if this is the right sub. but you guys seem very knowledgeable. i want you to hear me out because it feels like nobody believes my struggles. during the summer of 2024 i was put on an antibiotic medication for my severe acne. after a month or two of taking this medication i had to stop immediately after a severe heartburn or i don't know what tf it was even. my stomach burned so much and i couldn't walk. i was not throwing up. but it was bad i thought my stomach would just open up from how bad it was. after that day i had these same symptoms on and off. my most recent ones are right now and thanksgiving. after thanksgiving dinner i had the same feeling in my throat that it was getting tighter and my stomach hurt so so bad. it took days to get better. now i drank a coffee and ate a cake in the morning bc it's my dads bday. it's the same feeling all over again the tight throat, hard to swallow, stomach hurts, burping. i need help and i can't go to a doctor. i don't know what i have, but i really would appreciate your advice. everyone says this is normal but it's not normal to be scared to eat food.
