Guide: Download World Travel Liberty City Preservation Project (after Rockstar DMCA)
This mod was taken down recently, but the torrent is active, here are the steps:
- put the developer's site "worldtravel.dev" into the internet archive or use this link to go there straight away
- click on the "downloads" folder
- download the .torrent file
- Now download the mod with a torrent manager
