I cleaned my laptop and repasted it. But it won't charge or turn on now.

So I did my regular cleaning and repeating if my HP omen 15. R5 4600H + 1660ti.

But now it won't charge or turn on. I have all the ribbons attached as far as I know.

Can anyone check the photo and see if something off or o missed something. 1st pic is after opening everything 2nd pic is before touching anything
