Lenovo Legion 5 AMD Ryzen 7 6800H vs i7-12700H

Helping my sister get a laptop for moderate gaming and also using photoshop and similar apps for doing graphic design stuff. How do these compare in terms of performance, reliability, heat/fan noise, etc.

Or, which would you recommend, overall, if they were the same price?
