Anyone with experience with Uber from Brisbane airport to Tweed heads

I'm flying into Brisbane at 1145pm on a Thursday soon and don't really have any other choice but to get an Uber down to Tweed.

Has anyone done this, and if so, is it better to book? What would happen if my flight was late? What's the chance of having my destination refused because it's so far away?

If anyone has done this successfully or unsuccessfully it'd be great to hear from you.

*Edit: For anyone's future reference, I hired a car, it was $160, dropped it off near my house the next day, the car hire was open until 2am so no issues with a late flight if that was the case. I checked uber while I was there, it would have been $180, there didn't seem to be any shortage of Ubers and I think this also would have worked fine.
