How to remove Org Admins from customer GA account?

Hi guys,

We are taking over a customer Google Analytics account which is linked to a Google Marketing Platform from another agency. When trying to remove acces from their accounts via the Account access management it says that I cannot remove permissions since they inherit their permissions from another location, such as a user group, organisation admin role or a parent account.

The full message says

You can't remove direct permissions from the selected users because none of them have direct permissions. All of them inherit their permissions from another location, such as a user group, organisation admin role or a parent account.

If you want to remove access for these users, you can view their permissions pages and check where they inherit permissions from.

I googled on Org Admin and permissions but I cannot find any information on this. Do you guys have any pointers?
