Bad signs or normal?

Went into a few clinics in London enquiring about hair transplants.

Most give a 30 minutes appointment, a nurse draws a hairline and then offer a price. They do discuss the treatment and aftercare etc.

Here is see doctors looking at follicle density, skin tones and detailed hairline discussions. I didn't get any of those more technical elements from my conversations.
