East Coast Travel

I'm from Cali and am going to be traveling to the east coast this summer. Hoping some Hardcore homies can give me recommendations on places to visit. Mostly going to spending time in DC/Baltimore and Philly. I'm not looking for major tourism things, I can google museums and aquariums. Give me some local bands to keep my eye out for a flyer, dope music venues, indie movie theaters, cool/diverse neighborhoods, good food, etc.
