Where to get good info on afterlife in hellenism?
Like, not just basic stuff from Wikipedia. Like in Christianity there's the Bible that's like this collection of text and talks about what to do to get the good ending. What should I read to learn that in hellenism?
What about pets? Are they separated from people too?
In philosophy we talked about stoics and how they believed that time was basically a loop, how does that coexist with Hades (place)? By that I mean, even people back then had different views/ideas of what comes after death, so how to know which one is "the one true answer" in hellenism.
What's the stance on consciousness?
In general I'm an atheist but for personal reasons I'm trying to find some religion to believe in. This one seems the best so far, I just want to learn more first - especially how it stands with death related things.
