Third green crystal… need help!

I’ve been trying to place this green crystal for the past week! I’ve gotten past the witch by wearing the outfit and hat… but keep getting this dialog box saying that the station hums with energy. I have no idea what I’m missing and have searched the entire area looking for a switch? Can someone please help point me in the right direction?
