Something I read about "GhostFuckers" (Possible Spoilers)

Apparently, the episode was written by Brandon Roger's, not Viv. And apparently, she was pissed about how he depicted Millie there-as an actual character, even if the focus was on Blitz-and therefore shoehorned the pregnancy thing in to "put her back in her proper place." How much truth is there to that?
