Easiest SA/SO kills?

I like Miami in general but Sierra Knox has to be very far up in this list. Shooting her car about 3 times with the standard silenced pistol results in an accident kill maintaining silent assassin. Many of the spots from which this can be done are incredibly easy to access without any disguise so it's an absolutely free SA/SO kill.

What are other very easy SA/SO kills?
