Can't find receiver

Moved into a new flat that already had a hive thermostat connected up to the boiler, was working fine. There landlord sent us the hub as they had mistakenly taken it away with them, I set up and did a reboot on the thermostat, now getting 'no RT' on thermostat.

Issue is that I absolutely cannot find the receiver in the property, it's usually next to the boiler right? Any other weird locations you lot have found them?
