Soggy and sloped back landing
The landing to the back door in our new home is not level, the landing slopes towards the 2 stairs to go into the kitchen and due to the subfloor being slanted the stairs are detached. It’s also bouncy when you walk on it to go to the basement. We took the awful drywall job off the framing in the basement and can see that the framing itself is sloped along with sub floor likely. How the heck does this get repaired? Engineer or carpenter to come rip it out? Can you Jack it up?
