order cancelled immediately

Does anyone else have the problem where hot topic auto cancels their order after purchasing? I don’t know what’s causing this. All the items are in stock, they’re able to ship it to my address, and my shipping/payment info is all correct. Also the order says cancelled but they never cancelled the pending payment. pls help i just want my stuffffgh all the stores in my state r too far from me🤕🤕
