Does Huawei have OCR image to text feature? If none, is there any third - party app you can recommend?

Hi! As a student, I really need a feature like this. I just saw my classmate tab ( Samsung tab) where she she diretly copy a text from her gallery and paste it on her notepad. Im wondering if huawei has that feature. Ive search for it but some shows chinese character.

If theres none, can you recommend app that is similar to what samsung ocr have? Thank youu
