Do you think HxH had the potential to become as influential as Dragon Ball if it was produced consistently?

Dragon Balls a pretty big deal because it’s pretty much laid out the blueprint for modern day shonen, and has influenced pop culture in such a way, where it’s hard to tell where the it’s influence starts, and ends. Do you think given enough time to pump out chapter, HxH could’ve had that same impact if it was produced consistently? If so why? If not, why?
