Automated questionable credit

Does anyone know what the automated questionable credit is? I FINALLY got to talk to an actual person at the IRS only for him to tell me my return is now in the aqc department. Now the call volume for them is too high and I gotta go through the same thing I just did. He said my employer hasn't verified my income and I tried calling her and she said it's payrolls fault and before they do anything I gotta mail in some form first. Uggg this is such a a mess. He said I don't have to do anything that I can just wait but I NEED this money and I've already waited since 2/8. Does anyone know any information on what might be going on?
