Application still ‘With Department’ after Interview - MSc Strategic Marketing

Been seeing posts about how ‘Review in Progress’ basically means an offer. Wanted to know if I should expect my application status to change before or after my Interview?

I got invited to interview for MSc Strategic Marketing and finished it a couple days ago. However my status has been ‘With Department’ since I applied (8th Jan). Is this normal and the case for others as well?
