My derm prescribed me this supposed blood purifier

Well I've had cystic acne for some time i went to a derm and he prescribed me tretonin it did help w my acne but cysts still kept coming back so my doctor after a month or so and he prescribed me this alleged blood purifying tonic SAFI has anyone had experience with it?
