Is Hemet as bad as people say?

Moving from LF as some of you might have saw my other post with more details.

It’s just that the house I’m considering purchasing is 50k less than market.

Basic details though it’s in a nicer area, we are a family of 7, Muslim family, not white, very afraid about homeless/drugs/racism but I’m in a tough spot financially.
