And of course I couldn’t even dispute this type of shit lol. Yesterday I got one alcohol batch, finished the order, made an id scan and app just fucked up. I realized that when I was far away from customer so I didn’t come back to rescan. Virtual assistant told me it’s fine and closed this god damn batch by himself. As a result I’ve got this notice lol. Does it happen to anyone?
