Smart 5G issues

Hello, i am currently having issues with my phone connecting to a 5G NSA network. Currently in a vacation in the Philippines and using Smart ph but for some reason i couldn't connect to their 5G network. With other network everything is ok with their 5G only with smart i am having issues with.

anyone have a theory why?? I've contacted the network and said everything is okay on their end. I can connect with 5G with other networks only with them i am having issues with.
