Brown Fluid Dripping - Water From AC?

Have only had my Ioniq 5 Limited about 2 weeks and noticed brown fluid dripping out of the passenger rear of the car. Doesn't seem to have a smell and seems to be the viscosity of water. Could this just be AC condensate mixing with dirt from a car that sat on the lot a while? Car is working great but would still feel a lot better if someone else out there had the same experience!
