Infamous Jeep death wobble?

My dad went away for a trip came back and it starts to wobble at 45mph and stops 60 mph, after that it doesn’t wobble anymore. My dad took it to get an alignment, the wobble calmed down a lot but it still happens. Anyone experience the same or anyone know what the problem is?
